For the historic 2022 season, in partnership with Learfield, Ohio State Athletics revamped the Official Gameday Magazine. The magazine featured cover art from the 1920s to the 1950s, refreshed to showcase Scarlet and Gray and foil stamped details to highlight the Stadium 100 season. To align with the University’s sustainability goal, we reduced the number of prints creating limited edition collectables.

All but one issue sold out with Notre Dame, Rutgers, and Michigan having 5,000 limited edition copies and Arkansas State, Toledo, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Indiana having 2,000 limited edition copies. With each magazine at a $20 price point, total vending revenue was just under $500,000.

For reference, program sales at the Men’s Basketball Final Four were under $60,000.
